One of the hardest thing about having to leave your job at an animal shelter is knowing there are dogs you didn’t get the chance to do the adoptions for. Is it pathetic and a little sad to name a stuffed animal after a dog you didn’t get to personally see adopted out as some sort of way to heal? Maybe! Do I let that stop me? Nope! Anyway, meet Montgomery, AKA Monty! This little dog is looking for his human to love and protect with all his might! He comes with a magnet in his tummy he ate while being stuffed just so you can have hands free snuggling! He’s thoughtful like that :)

NOTE: While Monty will protect you with all he has, please keep in mind that all he has is poly-fil pellets and stuffing. He can attack any nightmare that comes your way, but he definitely can’t stop, like, a physical attack. All the damage he deals is probably psychic.

Monty was originally a TY Beanie Baby named Bruno. Since for legal reasons, we cannot discuss Bruno, he decided to change his name to Montgomery. Montgomery isn’t like those other beanie babies, he’s different. Most of his beans (poly-fil pellets) are in his feets. To help keep the magnet in place, he mostly has a layer of stuffing in his middle instead of the traditional all beans minus the head. He also comes with a magnet in a little pouch that you can place under your shirt on your shoulder to hold him in place. This will help you keep him in place on your adventures! NOTE THAT EATING MAGNETS IS FOR STINKY LOSERS WHO WILL DEFINITELY DIE AFTER INGESTING. Please don’t die. Monty will miss you :(

DISCLAIMERS: All stuffed animals are thoroughly cleaned by being de-stuffed, washed multiple times with dawn and then once with a fabric softener, and temporarily left in the sun to dry before they finish the process indoors.
